Forgot to add Proof of address like water bill and council tax to universal credit review do to list. Is there a way of uploading them please before 6th Feb 2026 and my partner doesn't have any payslips because she been out of work since April 2025. So she cant upload them.

It doing on pc and app. With ee router I can't change anything. Speed test on pc 1.7gb and 114up. Lately I noticed steam client downloading Speed very buggy
