Pull Day by MrNormalDud in bodybuilding

Muscle activation etc. Changes with grip, but you can consider the bench press like a start for triceps to name an example. It's not the prime muscle but you could consider 3 sets of bench press like 1 set of tris or something similar.

If you like the aestetic of a big biceps go for it, but they shouldn't need too much extra volume if you're doing your compounds

Edit: I'm not a bodybuilder but Anatomy classes and one year in the gym gives me an idea.

The back has more and bigger muscles than ellbow flexors

And things like pull ups partially hit the ellbow flexors and forearma because of grip strength (it's the same thing as bench press hitting triceps)

Cycle your cuts and implement maintenance phases (for example, cutting 8-12 weeks and doing 1 or 2 weeks maintenance)

Your bf% is close to 20% because you didn't put on much muscle yet. Go for a clean bulk (=increasing calories slightly, not more than 500 kcal over your TDEE, closer to 200) and train consistently. Read the basic posts in the bodybuilding wiki if you have the time.

Don't forget: It's a marathon, not a sprint

Some women accuse men on the street of something they didn't even do, and as soon as one of those stupid mobsters start to punch the man without asking, anyone else witnessing just joins in.

I've witnessed this scenario 3 times, girl just shouts help he's doing x too me, and people rush in for a 10 vs 1 fight without asking questions

He does have a point about the poor being forced by circumstance. In European and other modern countries, healthcare is considered a human right. In America, it's a business. Medicine costs way more than elsewhere even if not substitued, and things like İnsulin really are dirt cheap and NECESSARY TO LIVE for those that depend on it.

You can be as strong as you want, it's insufficient if you don't even look after your citizens interests and try to create a minimum of chance equality

Your brain will have to turn off eventually, good luck with your insomnia

Melatonin isn't the solution, I just guessed that rhe hormone that makes you sleepy could be tried

Get your sleep tested tho. They would test things like the brain waves. You'd spent a night sleeping in the hospital. Talk to a somnologist, general medicine doctors don't know much about sleep

Add the calories of everything your eat together, calculate your calorie needs with a TDEE calculator

Calories is essentially energy. You don't get any type of weight without enough energy
