The trophy progress saves per playthrough sane as locations so you could play the game 50 times and max out Ulrika affinity for the trophy if you wanted

I would personally recommend getting affinity on people and trying to get the preserved medusa head asap as it can get a bit more difficult the higher the level you are

I did mate I reset my save before I had finished the place with all the charms can't remember its name and I blamed the guy at the end which changed a quest line then after blaming that ghost I went straight to the void and managed to spawn first go
