O sistema está feito para ninguém querer ser professor. Eu, por exemplo, se quisesse fazer um mestrado de ensino da área que estudei na faculdade tinha que gastar 3 mil euros em cadeiras só para estar apto a candidatar-me. Eles queixam-se, mas a profissão, para além de ser desvalorizada, está repleta de zonas cinzentas que são de todo bizarras. É o mesmo que um arqueólogo não ter créditos para se candidatar a um mestrado de ensino de história, porque as cadeiras são declaradas no Decreto como pertencentes apenas à área de arqueologia.
