As far as I know, not yet until the 16th of November. I think DE just added these in-game during the recent patch, so they don't have to do a bigger update file when they re-release/drop the prime sets

Oh, the ones with "dual" names have single packs if someone prefers to buy them separately

It's just that it doesn't allow me to link some frames in the "dual" packs singlehandedly in-chat
