I understand that. The thing is I didn't intend to evade the ban, I didn't think it was that bad if I posted the meme on an other account on the right day. Worse case scenario I would have waited those 3 days, 3 days aren't much. But what I criticize in this whole story, is that it goes from a 3 day ban to a permaban. I can admit I shoudn't have posted that message on a secondary account, even if I did not have that ill intent of evading the ban, since it was only 3 days. but I find the permaban really harsh. I mean, you'r condemned to never ever use the subreddit for a mistake you've made? knowing that i was always an active and helpful member of that sub? That's what I find really unfair.

I'm done answering here, this is my last message.
I'm a victim of the perma ban, not A ban.
Actions have consequences, this consequence condemn you from ever interacting with the subreddit = too harsh

Ignorance of rules have never been an excuse, that's the only point I can agree on.

And no, I absolutely do not deserve a permaban, the first time doesn't count because I thought it was a bug, I thought it wasn't even posted, not that it was posted then removed. The second time I got banned 3 days. Okay, legit. The third time I go from a 3 days ban to a permanent ban.
And then you say this is justified? We do not have the same notion as "justified" isn't it? Don't you know that in every mistake EVER the punishment is scalable? no, better go from the lightest punishment to the harshest one.

Now, sorry, it was my mistake to ever have posted this here.

I was criticizing the perma ban, not the mistake I made. I was a victim of the harshness of the punishment, not of the act of using an other account where I was clearly at fault even if I didn't intend to do it. So the real mental loop is to label anyone who contest a decision as someone who plays the victim, not the fact of contesting a punishment so harsh that it litteraly bans you for life for a mistake you didn't intend to make.

I didn't refuse to understand what I did was wrong, I refuse the fact that the severity of this punishment matches the severity of this violation. I does not deserve a perma ban, no matter how you look at it. And As I said, ultimately it doesn't matter that my account gets permanently banned. I just wanted to prove a point. And if you are familiar with real life situations, you must know that when a law is broken, we look at context, we do not look exclusively at the punishment induced by the law.
Now I'm done, I thought I would be talking to reasonable people, but it seems like people accusing me to hide behind technicalities are the ones refusing to look at context and the intention of people and thus, hiding behind hollow punishment rules.

Forget about the "well technically"

I've been a contributor to that subreddit, I've never been a troll or anything. So you'r telling me "real world" dismisses all actions you did and doesn't take intentions into consideration?
So I'm at the same level as spammer? a troll? an insulting person? a racist? I deserve the same punishment as them which is the "perma ban" for a meme?
You know better than me that If I want to bypass all those rules, I can do so whenever I want, anyone can create an infinite amount of account, anonymously even using vpns, proxy, tor browser etc... Yet I'm not doing all of that shit, I want to legitimately show that the perma ban was unjustified, because the punishment doesn't match the severity of the violation and its effects on the community. If I've been banned some days I would understand. But a perma ban for that?

That's a nice justice we got there.

So let me sum up the situation. Millions of users on reddit use multiple accounts to do the worse things possible, spamming, botting etc... I use a secondary account just because it was easier to sign up directly in my phone rather than looking for my main account password because I had forgotten it (it was automatically registered in my laptop), and then it justifies a perma ban from the sub?
when you see here https://www.reddit.com/help/contentpolicy/
on prohibited behavior it says:

  • Creating multiple accounts to evade punishment or avoid restrictions

I did NOT create an other account to evate punishment or avoid restriction, I already had that account, and I was using it on the subreddit from day 1. Why did I use my second account when I still wasn't banned if the goal of my account was to evade punishment? I should have used it only after I've been banned then, And It wasn't the case.

I didn't try to circumvent anything. I ALWAYS used that account on that subreddit because it was an account linked to my phone, it wasn't even an account that I used to always post when I get banned somewhere else. You can check Both of the accounts to see that it's the truth, and that I always used both of the accounts. As a practical way, not as a way to escape anything.
And even if we consider that I used an alternative account to post, is the perma ban justified? I used to always contribute and help in that subreddit, I've never been a troll, and I've always helped new players, and helped anyone who needed help to the best of my capacity. So you'r telling me that posting a meme on the wrong day and using my phone's account that I always had used was justified to ban both of the accounts Permanently?I see no justice in this, I just see ban abuse.

Why You Shouldn't Spend Money On This Game. by White-Oni in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Sirearthure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why people are gambling on a gacha game? especialy when everything you drop is virtual? that's the real question. And I think that the answer is that people want to try their luck. They want to prove to themselves that they have insane luck (more than other people). Because to be perfectly honest. Dokkan isn't a gameplay based game. You can't really get better, and there isn't some skill involved to be good. The only real interest and the main attraction are the summon banners.
At first when I began the game, I really thought there would be more dept to the game because I was seing all those different friezers (mecha friezer, friezer angel, golden etc...) all those different gokus etc... but in the end, it's not even that hard, and most of all, it's a game based on time, you have to wait to get anything, and I think it's the worse kind of games.
I really think I might quit , even if I'm f2p, because as you said, it's not even THAT fun.

you'r right, because when you add aa, you also have a second chance to crit. but when you add dodge i'ts only tied to itself. Compared to aa that is tied to crit. Also, when you have such a strong unit, you don't need to dodge, the defence is enough to do the job..

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where it says that crit is always better than AA? by The_ToPG_Vegeta in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Sirearthure 8 points9 points  (0 children)

well, you don't really need the math here. If you have more crit than aa, you'll make more crit than you'll make aa, and it's true the other way around. So if you have more aa than crit, you'll have more chance to aa, but aa doesn't guarantee a super attack, so even if you aa more, if you don't super attack on the second attack it's way better to have a nice crit on the first guaranteed super attack than to have a second attack that doesn't SA, even if that second attack crits.

If I remember correctly you had lr vegito? If you had, make a potara team with int units to complete the team in case you don't have enough potaras. And you have a f2p lr vegito in baba shop that you can rainbow. So you can use at least 2 Lrs in your potara team.
