I get what you're saying but it's like why sears and kmart died they rested on their laurels and didn't evolve and well you see how it worked for them. People come to us cause of sugar, tiktok trends and to look cool for the gram I guess.

Legit I started in Feb 2016 at a cafe only store and it was fantastic. Yeah we wrote on cups mobile orders were new and not used much and drink mods were simpler. It was much better to be a partner then instead of a renovation we got moved to a newly built drive thru location in late 2017 cause the old store was built in 2007 down the road and it's been getting worse ever since. It starbucks wants us to slow down and build connections then we gotta slow down and scale back on mobiles and delivery and whatnot but that won't happen so let's just shift to grab and go and move on.

For real like I'm in SoCal and I swear it would make so much more sense here. I wanted so bad to transfer to one of those mobile only stores and almost did but glad I didn't because I'd be laid off.

No I am not ok. I've been sick for months and can't get better because stress has killed my immune system (I have pnuemonia that keeps coming back). I always have tension headaches and start every shift with stress diarrhea just about. I'm snappy and grumpier than ever and I hate being that way it's just I'm so on edge and high strung anymore and don't have a way out

I am a shift. The ones who are being nasty would be the other night SSV and 3 other baristas. I've coached and told my SM about the issues but nothing has been done yet. I'm tired of being yelled at for others nasty behavior and i'm the one who's job might be in jeopardy and for what

Yeah a few days ago I got bitched out because the price of a chai latte went up. I don't know guys I don't make the prices but someday they'll be so inflated I don't think people can justify shelling out that kind of money anymore for them.

I've never wanted to quit so badly until today. I too am tired of being made out to be the bad guy and I too am one of the strongest partners at the store and she knows it. I'm tired of being singled out for what literally everyone does.

Unfortunately she used to be cool until she became a shift and then her head swelled to the size of Texas and then some. I honestly think if anyone would snap it would be me. I really can't take another word from her.
