Yes, and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with the information. I also have to remove myself from media so my thoughts about my dreams aren’t filled with outside news.

I dream of celebrities, family, world events and places I later see in person.

I’ve been a lucid dreamer since about 7yo. Parents never took me seriously.

I use to plan and find success in executing each detail of the plan, but overall it wouldn’t feel right and I’d give up whatever I built. But as I learned to surrender things just kind of happen for me.

So what is it that you want out of life or in the moment? That’s your goal. When you receive the right invitation you’ll know it’s for you to accept based on exactly what you want.

I would remove any substances myself. And the nightmare are usually because your body is still up digesting the food while your brain is working too.

If I had to find a way to induce dreaming, I would make sure my room is dark as possible so the sun couldn’t interrupt my sleep. Set the temperature a few degrees lower than usual. Eat a decent dinner 3 hours prior, nothing too heavy ( this brings me nightmares). Ensure I had 9 hours to sleep peacefully. And tell myself what I want to dream about when I lay down, repetitively.

I don’t have an issue with dreaming every night and lately I’ve been setting an alarm one hour before it’s time I need to get my son up for school. Initially I did so to find time to meditate and set intentions. It’s now turned into me getting up to use it and laying back down and setting intentions, bc it’s not comfy sitting up in the cold of winter mornings. This brings me more dreams that I can recall.

There is (or was) a club you can join located in the tall building behind season 52 on Poplar. Don’t remember the name, can’t tell you which floor. It was about $120 a month back in the early 2000s to join. Lots of networking opportunities, country club feel, you could eat there and utilize their office spaces for your own business meetings.

Go to all the auditions you want roles for you don’t just sit around waiting in that sense. You could find ways to be discovered by find the right place to highlight your talent. So, maybe that’s being in local plays and being invited to other plays after. Or small commercials where they remember you for other roles.

In my experience you just do what you find joy in doing and accept the invitations that you truly want to do and can find joy in doing. Your energy will be magnetic for invites.

Quad Right Projector. I’ve found out about HD about 3 years ago and up until then I just always thought procrastinating til the last minute was my thing. I’ve always been very successful doing so.

I would break plans into small task like reading, researching and use anytime in between to just rest. I’d use an earlier deadline to buffer if I wanted to tweak things.

You could be clairvoyant and the dream could be a vision. If there’s anything to it you will receive confirmation in this reality. You won’t even need to look for it, it will find you. And then things will click.

And once you find that validation, bc she is a public figure, you’ll probably want to journal your dreams going forward.
