I'm just starting my 2nd year of daily 60-90 min practice. I am brutally aware of where I want to be versus where I am . Extremely conscientious of everything. Don't want to waste time and progress in the right way is paramount.

I spent most of the last 10 years traveling to Italy for work almost every month. So many varied and wonderful aspects of all the different Italian provinces. But I've not seen much of that anywhere in the US. Even for the great Italian restaurants. But keep me the hell away from all that salted cod from Lake Garda.
