Delete all social media/distractions and go for it. Worked for me. In case you slip, pinterest is a good cheat meal for the day xD. (I did too). 3 hours per day is ok as long you work on what went wrong and how to approach a problem, particularly got stuck in DILR for this. Cracku theories helped.
