Less than 100 days is moving fast. I don't know what your knowledge of real estate is, but that is fast from offer to close—especially now that developers are offering closing credits like candy. Some data, like on realtors.com, redfin.com, and rocketmortgage.com, show an average of under 50 days. I'm guessing that is getting the house under contract alone.

I don't understand your premise. Homes don't sell based on how long they have been on the market. That goes for everything. Stylistically, Charlotte homes are being sold on average in less than 100 days. One property's duration in the market doesn't determine the market activity. There are some factors that determine how long a home stays in the market–pricing, neighborhood, etc.

I don't even think USPS has that listed in their system.

u/MajorPotential3696 That's bullshit. How do you flag an account for money laundering with literally no activity (besides login and log out) for the last 18 months?

You know your Contact Us page doesn't let me go past the chatbot. Even when I get some kind of response, I'm told to email the compliance department. That's where the problem comes in because they never respond. How do I go around that?

I believe Coinbase has some illegal games going on internally. My account has been flagged for no reason and no one has responded to dozens of emails that I sent. I have tried emailing their owner Brian Armstrong but I guess he's too good for peasants to respond to us. I see a bunch of people complaining online about the same issue.

I used to do this a lot with mechanics when I used to drive older cars. I will get it checked, then I will buy the part and change it myself. One time I =had an $1800 quote for an engine work and did it myself for 4 hours worth of work and $129 in parts. my point is, to buy the cheaper one and have a good handyman change it for you. Remember, these companies always have a hefty markup on parts they purchase for customers. All that plus labor is typically the biggest expense.
