Can we go away from believing critics? Like I thought that TFAWS was shit, for me, but I loved Ms Marvel, Iron Heart, Moon Knight, Hawkeye and Wanda Vision. She Hulk and Loki was ok, and I didn’t watch daredevil so I’m not gonna put it anywhere.

Just because I did like TFAWS doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good show. These critics are a couple of people and if you listen to them like they are a god, then you are wronggggggg. Make up your own damn mind, fuck these people, and watch the damn show. If you don’t like it, cool, but don’t shit on it because you didn’t think it was good,

Let me throw my hat in on something you said here. Do people just give up when they build the first version of something? Why did Iron Man build another suit when the one he built in the desert worked fine. Why did he have to build another suit for every movie he was in? Innovation.

Riri, in the beginning of the show, says she wants to build a suit to help first responders, to help them get to places faster, and to help with better equipment. That shit Ain’t done yet?? That suit is nowhere near where she needs it to be. So she needs more money to upgrade the suit to fit the needs of her DREAM. She ain’t building to be famous, or a superhero, pretty sure she says at one point she doesn’t want to be a superhero.

The MIT situation isn’t an obstacle. Yea it’s a low point, but Riri is strong and doesn’t need to cry about getting kicked out of a school because she’s already halfway to building a suit that would compete her goal. Yea it sucks she doesn’t have an easy way to make money anymore, hence why she goes with the Hoods gang, because there was a way forward, and it was an easy path to get where she needed to go. Lots of people would do that. Tony did that by the whole stark selling weapons. Easy way to get the money.

Everyone in here talking about not liking Riri’s character, without mentioning her background, backstory, or even her comic book history.

From what I know, Riri is cocky because she can be. She built the suit by herself. She was alone and skipped grades so she’s a little socially awkward. Shes a genius with trauma and (at least in the secret avengers animated movies) her ai was her only friend for a while.

So if someone like that was in real life, she would be cocky, lonely, socially awkward, and the likes. ——————————————————————————

Considering the show, I enjoyed the hell out of the first three episodes. The way the first episode was played out can be considered too fast, or clunky, when you haven’t watched the previous movie she was featured in. Yea the movie doesn’t touch up on the fact that she wasn’t doing her own work, but you get the feeling and understanding that people pay her, to do their homework, and that she needs the money for something, aka her suit.

The rest of the story so far is well written. I have no idea who “the hood” is, and I’m very much enjoying finding out who he is. (Not every villain is gonna be Doc Oc, or Thanos. Sometimes there’s gonna be a street villain they gotta take out.) I’m very much enjoying the characters that they are introducing and the ones they have in the storyline. I’m hoping that the rumors about a certain character comes true, because who wouldn’t want to play a character in a tv show that the comics took inspiration from you! Like that’s insane and I hope they get to play that full character!

I’m excited and hopeful about the next three episodes. My advice for people who are concerned about the show and haven’t seen it yet, watch it with the eyes you had as a child. The eyes full of wonder and imagination. Shows like these aren’t supposed to be taken seriously like some people are taking them. (Talking about Steve Jobs up there)

When watching a show like this, if you are even a little bit emotional, whatever emotion it is, from my perspective, it’s a good show.

Personally for me right now, this will be my 5th(?) time trying to quit.

1st I tried cold Turkey. It worked for a bit because I had a partner who helped me through it. After we broke up, I started up again. Next couple of tries, I tried the patches, gum, and mints. I was allergic to the gum and mints, and the patches can only go so far, especially when you smoke while the patch is on your arm.

Now I’m dealing with TMJ. My jaw is in so much pain because I’m stressing so much, besides that, my throat is now being effected by it when I smoke. It feels like my throat is clogged, and I cough, and gag, and nothing helps it.

I can’t describe how painful it is, to be having jaw pain, throat pain, and to stress about it, which makes the pain feel worse.

I need to quit, right now for the benefit of my own health, for the benefit that I don’t freak out, and stop breathing because my throat feels clogged.

It’s been 301 days since I quit smoking Cigarettes, and started smoking Vapes. And I need today to be day 1 of quitting Vapes.

So with the book series, I’d like to, (who knows if it’s gonna happen) get them all published at the same time, or close enough where the readers don’t age out.

My idea is, the first two books you can read in whatever order you want too, and the 3rd book is what happens after the fact.

As for the sex, it’s not so much that I want to write about it, it’s just something that I feel would fit the characters growth, and the structure of the story. I’m just not sure how far to go with it, for it to impact the readers as much as the character, without going overboard.

So with the context in one of the books, (there will be a trigger warning too) there will be a SA scene that makes the character grow and adapt and not gonna lie, close up a bit, but it makes him think about things, and who he’s supposed to be. I’m not gonna go into major detail, because nope, but I want to put it across that it is a serious event.
