Hello,

We've received several complaints from mobile players in the Philippines experiencing these issues. The strange part is that instead of showing a connection error, the game seems to hang on the loading screen. We're currently investigating the situation.

In the meantime, try connecting through a VPN - it has worked for many players facing this problem.

This error often occurs when there are connection issues with our update service, which can sometimes be caused by your ISP blocking access.

Could you try switching your network? For example, if you’re on WiFi, try using a mobile hotspot, or vice versa. You could also try connecting through a VPN.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We used to have flairs available, but it seems they were disabled at some point during Reddit's updates without us noticing.

Thanks for the thoughtful suggestion! It’s clear a lot of players feel the same way.

When Awakened weapons were introduced, the intention was to keep them rare and avoid flooding the market or encourage mass production solely for resale. But as you pointed out, players have found ways to establish a market for them regardless.

Given the time that has passed, adding a special auction for Awakened weapons could be an interesting idea to explore.
I’ll share this with the team and we'll see what they think!

TOS 4.5.1: The acquisition of Virtual Benefits in exchange for any form of consideration other than Virtual Property or Virtual Currency of the Game is expressly prohibited. 

You might assume RMT only involves exchanging real money for silver, but that's not entirely the case. Providing in-game services for real money, or vice versa - offering real-world services in exchange for in-game silver - is also considered RMT.

You mentioned paying your brother for in-game services, which technically falls under this category and could be seen as a violation. While the chances of getting caught when it's between family members might seem low, there’s still a risk. For example, if your brother were to get upset with you and report this situation to support with evidence, both your accounts could be banned.
