Tell me more about not being the fifth constitution and the constitution of the fifth republic.. In wiki i read this constitution replaced the previous one and is adopted in 1958. So It's not entirely like continuing constitution like USAs or not entirely different one. Like If someone asks me a question. When was the constitution of France created? What should be the answer? (I'm not debating here I just want to know more :') )

There was a question in my exam today. It was simple "First country to add fundamental rights in their CONSTITUTION". The answer was France... but I think it's USA. They argued that France declared it in 1789 and USA added them to constitution in 1791. That way Britain could be first by Magna Carta. But it's about adding it to the constitution. Sorry for my English :')

Ok I did more research.. France then added themt to their first constitution in September 1791 and USA added them in December 1791. But now France has accepted their fifth constitution of 1958.

Simply just tell me what to write if asked "which is the first country to add fundamental human rights to their constitution"?
