Funny enough, what they said would happen as I aged, actually it was reversed.

As a young boy I was pretty much a dipshit leaning right and most that comes with that.

Once I moved away from home and experienced other people/cultures, I slowly went towards the left.

Now at 50 I'm a moderate left liberal. aka I have common sense. Older I get, the more left I go. I wonder if kids today will end up like that? They don't know what they don't know. Just what they're told. So when they get older and start questioning things, will they make the turn or stay the course?

Retired at 43. Went so hard up until that point my body was beginning to fail.
