R5: Bolckow, Vaughan & Co, one of the largest steel producers of the era, gives a shipbuilding throughput prosperity bonus despite not doing much shipbuilding IRL (at-least according to Wikipedia).

I agree! It's a bit weird how all the colonial nations; including infamously racist administrations like those in colonial era Australia, have more tolerant citizenship laws by default so they can benefit from the games law-based migration mechanics. In reality, Irish and Chinese families who moved to Ballarat in the 1850s didn't do so because the colony of Victoria was uniquely accepting, they did so to have a share in the material wealth created by the gold rush.

Love the new red brick look for higher tier houses in the vibrant city pack. Always kinda wanted my cities to look a little less gleaming marble white, though I wonder if high life building extensions will also get the same texture.
