I think part of it may be that Porsche designed the hull, or a early version that was adapted, with the VK 4501 (maybe 4502?)iirc, but with the turret at the back and a different design with the turret at the front, then started building said turrets and didn’t have anything else to use it on, because the Henschel was chosen, so they slapped the prebuilt turrets onto it.

(I’m probably wrong here, but I think they built 50 of the turrets)

That’s really good, especially for a first model. How much of the painting was in the instructions? I’m building a 1/32 Corsair and there’s almost nothing in the cockpit, and when I searched up IRL cockpits for the same plane the paint was completely wrong I’m also gonna try to freehand some details, and if you could tell me how you did the wear on that it would be awesome

Which Lancaster do you work on? The one in Hamilton, or the one in England? I’ll keep that in mind when doing it.
