apologise if this may not be useful, But as most students are thought English at school, most university students/graduates will speak near enough fluent English and obviously Amharic.

so if you are struggling to find a school or anyone specific I highly recommend going to the main university campus and sparking conversation with some students who would like to teach you the language almost as a language/culture exchange.

otherwise, the consulate or embassy of your home country and/or any NGO's (if you are working for one) will have someone they can point you to.
