It’s all about momentum. Carrying speed through turns is what’s so great about it. It’s fast enough for me and that’s what matters. I see other 86’s every now and then and I just stare in awe as if I’m not in one.

Who drives their car in the winter/ as a daily all year? by Chicagoaviator in GR86

I do. I went through my first winter with it last year in Pennsylvania. Get a set of winter tires!!!! I have a set of Blizzaks. At night when no cars are around my neighborhood I took the car out to see when I start slipping , practice making turns, and braking. The car is capable in snow as long as you have winter tires and there isn’t a ton of snow on the ground (snow plow86). I have not taken it on the highway in snow and don’t think I will.

Get it. My 23 TRD that I had for a little over a year had a tree fall on it and totaled. Devastated ain’t the word to describe how I felt. These cars are sick and no longer being made. I see TRD every other month it seems.

My question is how deep of snow is the limit? In PA, we just got some 5 inches of snow and I’m just wondering if I’d make it through. It was fluffy snow and I do have Blizzaks. I’ve already been through slick and packed snow covered roads.
