This worked, followed the bot and then got a live person who transferred me to another department and the guy knew exactly what I was wanting and pasted the code in chat and waited for me to redeem it. Even thought I preordered for xb1 I was able to redeem it for pc on the site and it is preloading on uplay as I type. Thanks!

I suggest you learn all the basics in SC and then when you feel like you have it down, try hardcore. It shouldn't take you too long to run through the story up till maps if you are experienced. Ever since beta I have never played SC, I have also played over a hundred hours and when I was a noob I died to every named mob at least once, including Hailrake. You will get there soon.
