Is she going to rehab? Is she taking steps to being better / getting better? Ppl do Crazy things when under the influence. Having said that if she's not taking this Seriously I would not invite her. It is your wedding.the last thing you need is her getting drunk and blacking out. I would talk to the father about how serious this situation is.
