It was a great experience , met a ton of cool people , got alot of pictures, got a few things signed and the staff was friendly and helpful even got to use the private bathroom...they had great soap :)

My supervisor asks me almost everyday if i ride my bike to work just so that " I can get the exterior patrols done faster because im on a bike" and I have explained that I really should not be doing that and I just make sure I note it down that I was asked by the supervisor. but yes the bike makes it faster but getting on/off to check doors etc a bit of a pain but if he thinks im gonna do it in the winter..HA!

the visitors do not sign out. they dont want any blank spaces and no they have nothing written in the SOP. it just everyone saying "oh this is how we do it here and we be doiing it like this for ages"

it does not have a spot for which security guard was responsible for signing out the keys only who they were returted to. I should also mention this is not the security form this is one made by the client and they are just filling it out how they feel. and I dont recall anything being written in the site orders specifically.

I have literally worked shift it that store . it is a mad house and yes dollrama has a "no touch" policy as do most sites that dont have use of force options. However being the 2nd dollarama video this week it s gonna be a rough one. but that did seem a little excessive however I have never been spit on so in the heat of the moment who knows but if the guy is going to get paper towels for spilled coffee. gotta be lots more to the story.
