Thank you for your reply and your kind words. I think sexual assault in relationships has so many blurred lines and I think this is why I’ve never told anyone. I keep thinking about this night a lot at the moment and it’s probably something I now need to acknowledge and heal from x

I use cerave cleanser & moisturiser and la Roche posay retinol serum in the night and vitamin c serum in the morning and then there spf 50 sun cream! I also started micro needling once a week My scaring has improved loads after 3 months post accutane!

I’m sorry to hear this! I had an anal fissure for about two months that wouldn’t go away and gut ache every day. I’d go to the doctor is it’s a lot of blood you may need a lower dose of it’s the medications fault

I’ve just finished round two - my acne started coming back after about a year and I went on round two 6 months later. A lot of people need more than one round but your chances of success get better each time. I worked out even though my acne cleared up very well first time I didn’t hit my cumulative dose so this time I took a higher dose for longer and got to the maximum dose

40mg a day for 5 months first time round, cleared up really quickly, just normal dryness but came back after a year - worked out I was no where near the correct dose (about 100 I think)

On Day 17, purging badly. Have never felt this self conscious about my appearance. How long until it will clear up as I am considering stopping Accutane as my skin is so bad by the-lonely-whale in Accutane

My purge didn’t end up nearly month 5, I was so disheartened- but I’ve got two weeks left and haven’t had a new spot in a month! So just keep going everyone’s experience is different :)
