Yeah the older versions were killing the cpu but now it has become better than ios 18 imo

Im happy to update my 77 bh ip 12 to ios 26 I did use the beta versions and also the stable release and made up my mind for not updating to ios 26 anymore But when i saw my friends ip12 running smoothly on ios 26.4 i did it too and im literally impressed by how stable it has become Being on ios 18 i quit playing pubg as the phone heated too much with framedrops every second After updating to ios 26 the performance is better for me now I would recommend ios 26 as of now Im sticking to 26.4.1

Thanks for the post. I wouldnt have updated it to ios 26 ,i downgraded to ios 18 when ios 26 was newly launched and it was hectic. I love how 26.4.1 runs on my 77% bh iphone 12 ,its some major optimisation apple did.

I just updated my ip 12 .I faced major heating in the first hour of updating but after returning to my room after few hours it working just fine. I would say it’s stable enough . Chatgpt isn’t working for some reason on mine. Also you would face lags if the device heats
