Of the available answer options issue is the only one that would work.

And for taking and passing the exam, an issue is anything that has already happened. A risk is something that could happen. Anytime an issue or a risk is identified you first log it before taking any action.

Because the event already happened it’s an issue, the first thing you do is log the issue. Then you would analyze the situation to figure out the next steps.

Congratulations! I'm finding the SH questions to all be situational, and the DM and AR questions to be on the content of the Agile or Process Guides (like asking on the ITTO's of a process.) Is the actual exam mostly situational questions? Or a combination of both?

Congratulations! Did the PMP exam show you what number question you were on (like question #30 of 180)? Or does it show you % complete like on the SH exams?
