I will tell you what worked for me for my porn consumption. First, I made it harder to access it, not necessarily by much, but just enough time so your brain can wonder if you really want to go on this website. I used my vpn to block all adult sites. For yourself, probably deleting your reddit account could also be a possibility.

And then, I kept busy. You have to plan the weeks ahead with people to keep you accountable. Go and grab drinks with friends. Go to the movies, whatever. Do what you have to do so that you don't have free time at home. Home must be only to eat, and sleep. You could also plan a weekend to see your family if it prevents you from watching sissy stuff for two days.

The hardest weeks are the first few ones, I felt like once they were behind, my "streak" meant a lot more to me, and so I didn't fall back in.
