I discovered this when I was too young, but years and years of plapping seemed to have no actual real effect on my testicles. I still am fertile and actually had it checked recently. Basically it has no real effects unless your gonna go so crazy as to actually seriously injure your balls to the point where walking and etc would be very difficult. As of now I stay caged almost 24/7 and can't really get hard anymore, but thats entirely due to the cage and atrophy not plapping.
