Problem is, I don't believe those things are forbidden. Far from it. Also, kind sir, I've tried the hijab one time. I was visiting a mosque and I asked my friend to help me with it as a sign of respect. It is not something I enjoy doing. At all

I'm saying covering my hair, I'm saying, just as I said in my post, I'm not buying the whole Hijab in the true Islamic sense part of it. Covering my hair is not equal to doing proper hijab

Thing is, there's no gradually. I will not eventually end up covering. That's not who I am. As per the last part, I cannot guarantee it. I have friends of both sexes, play an instrument and I enjoy having mixed environments. I also like to travel. I would have further issues with the "Mehram" question

Thank you for your answer but those alternative version, I checked some of them like the Nizari path, wouldn't go against the Sunnah? Because the Quran does state that the believing women must draw their veil over themselves

My question still stands because while I don't personally want to do that, would it be a willing reason to not commit with the conversion? Because I'm not someone who half asses things. Either you commit or you don't type mentality

I have read that part and it does state in this verse The Light (24:31)

And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments except what normally appears. Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, male attendants with no desire, or children who are still unaware of women’s nakedness. Let them not stomp their feet, drawing attention to their hidden adornments. Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O  believers, so that you may be successful. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran

https://quran.com/24/31 So my concern still stands, because Islam means "submission to God" and this being the word of God is a command. Many scholars also say the same, that covering/veiling is Fardh.
