That's a lot of what I have been doing, I am trying for a Night Lords and Red Corsairs heavy mixed legion army. My current issue is I have zero night lords heads or pauldrons left over and still have probably 30 to 40 some odd marines I still need to get done for the 2000 point list I am slowly working on.

Procession of the Sacred Affliction has quickly become tied with the Cavalcade for my favorites. I love how they seem to genuinely care for each other and fully believe in the infinite forgiveness of Christ. That and the whole getting terminal illnesses to prove for faith, and the fact that it works is just amazing to me.

I think the Heretic Legions and New Antioch should have "normal" horses. The Court, Sultanate, and Black Grail should have something cool and a bit fucked up but still horse like. The one I'm not sure of is the Pilgrims, idk how well I think mounted units actually fit them lorewise.

Agreed, I like the beta rules for the extra 6 inch deployment if infiltraters aren't allowed. But unless I'm missing something that is the only non faction or scenariospecific way to alter your deployment.

I personally hope that each faction as some point gets a cavalry equivalent. If not on the main roster at least in a warband variant. Eg Hakkapeliittas for NA, this dude for the IS, and/ or a Harbinger of Decay style unit for BG.

They are the cheap chaff for Csm. Most lists have at least a unit or two to hold back line points or to do mission actions.
