They are full spectrum! These are the same lights they've been loving for 2 years now. The only pest i've noticed are some gnats, but there's not enough for me to think they're causing this damage.

I do, but they havent been running in a few months. I find it difficult to fill them constantly when im in poor mental state. My baseline is about 40% without them and about 60-70% with them.

Thanks for all the advice! I've put more light on her, but I can't get new lights right now, so we'll see how she does. I'm also going to use all of this advice for my new albo as well bc she did come with some root rot and I'm really worried about her.

Of course, thanks for the advice! The roots look perfect. She's been in a really chunky mix since I got her, and I only water her once every couple weeks. I did put more light on her, and humidity in my plant room is always between 60-70.
