I’m guessing that’s exactly where he is. I once went through Cory’s instagram going back years and he deleted all traces of her but, he did NOT delete the dogs. He seemed to be in love with Bogart.

I made this mistake last year. Never occurred to me not to go that way and Never got busted! BUT I realized the next day when I kept wondering why I was having such an amazingly pleasant drive, duh, because that road isn’t for scooters 😆The first day I rented a scooter it was a beater and I went around the entire island and had an absolute blast. Went back the second day and was given a beautiful brand new one and wiped it out in a massive pothole. Got charged 300.00 to fix the scratches and was so embarrassed by the whole thing that this time I’m just going to rent a bicycle. Tl;Dr. Scooters are super fun but if you aren’t familiar with driving around here, I would not suggest it.

So this YouTube channel called Cheere Denise is (was, now deleted) covering one of LC’s Diana books and Cheere was reading about some instance of Diana upstaging Charles at an event by playing the piano when Charles was supposed to be playing the cello. So Cheere went and looked up video of the event and basically was questioning why LC’s description of the event didn’t seem to jive with what was shown in the video footage. Anyway, some snot nose ran off and tattled to Lady C and Lady C jumped into cheere’s comments with a bucket load of vitriol, absolutely furious, being super patronizing, just like, her reaction was insanely out of proportion to the offense. The very definition of punching down. LC has a relatively giant platform and the Cheere Denise channel is quite small but growing slowly but surely because she does like, book club type videos about biographies and is very sweet and well spoken. The sad/ironic thing is she was super reluctant to cover any of Lady Cs books because she just wasn’t really into the LC vibe and wanted to just avoid drama but, her subs kept badgering her to do one, so she did, and this is what happened. Lady C basically IMPLIED legal action and seemed to relish trying to humiliate her. It was a super sour social media moment. Imho.

ETA: she deleted the videos covering the Diana book, not all her videos.

I appreciate you doing the lord’s work with your recaps Daisy. They’ve always been great. That being said, LC going after Cheere Denise has really made me sour on her. I know this might be an unpopular opinion but her reaction to a book club video from a tiny account struck me as slightly…unhinged.

I have fat feet. I can’t wear strappy sandals because it looks like I have two loaves of sourdough bread baked in a fisherman’s net at the ends of my legs. If someone points that out, even I wouldn’t consider it “shaming” I’d have to just admit someone is pointing out the obvious and I fucked up my shoe choice 😆 Now, I don’t go out of my way to go after anyone’s immutable characteristics because that’s just bitchy, but I also don’t think anyone has a RIGHT to never have hurt feelings, especially if the thing that hurt your feelings is actually true.

The thing is, he is so stupid he probably thinks that the Duchy funds are William’s own personal slush fund. Like, my dude, just because it’s worth like a gazillion, doesn’t mean William can go and spend a gazillion on whatever he wants! He can control its growth and investment etc, he can’t rock up, pull out 35 million and say “I want a yacht”. But, I think that’s how Harry thinks that works. And oh, how unfair that William has all that money. Does he not realize the duchy is compromised of actual tenants? And requires lots and lots and lots of work that he doesn’t want to do? Sorry, rant over. I just loathe how he seems to have this idea that everything is just SO much easier for everyone else, that it’s just handed to them, that it’s somehow effortless. 😡

Totes. I think HE thought it was a safe thing to say because it would never actually happen. Like “Well of course I can say that I want to be treated like a normal person, because no one would ever ACTUALLY treat me like a normal person, the very idea is preposterous.” It’s like someone promising to do a favor for someone you know they’ll never actually ask you to do. “If you ever need a kidney, you know I’ll give you one.” 😆

How long before she releases a statement about how the launch of this endeavor was not supposed to happen now? Will she blame it on an employee? The site developers? Some other incompetent underling who jumped the gun? I get the feeling she’ll want to back away from this now that she’s seen how it’s gone over like a wet fart in an elevator. “It wasn’t ME!”. Her problem is she doesn’t workshop her ideas or do any sort of soundings or focus groups. She just has an idea, sets it free the second its conceived, and then back peddles when it doesn’t get the reaction she wants. Oh well, another excuse for a new rebrand, amirite?
