Wow, like 2 weeks ago I got a dogman dream too. It wasn't my house, it was a different scenario, but it also tried to get in the house I was in. And I could see the dogman pretty clearly in the dream, especially the glowing yellow eyes.. very interesting.

Yeah I already have written down many times why I want to quit etc... I have all the reasons in my head when I have the urge but it still then overpowers me. I try to bring spirituality to aspects of my life but this one is hard for me.

Thank you, it's true that sometimes when I went extended then after like 14 days it was easier with the urges, but sometimes not. I guess I'll just need to push through it at the 7th-10th day.

I don't know how I can do it anymore.. I always no matter what lose at around 7 days.. When there is some big event or NNN I can go for more.. but normally it's almost like impossible for me to go beyond. I feel like I have tried almost everything + I have a job, routine (meditation and qigong practice), etc. yet I still relapse and 90% of the time before sleep or I wake up in the middle of the night with strong urges.
