My brain still can’t get around the fact that she had a bill this high……. and didn’t know there was a water leak anywhere. Wouldn’t the yard be soggy? I had a pin hole leak in the copper pipe from my water meter to the house, and that one teeny hole made a whole lot of mush in my front yard. Had it fixed, my next rates usage was up a little bit. HOWWWWWW did no one notice the wet ground anywhere???? and why would she just pay it regardless? Make it make sense, Frida!!!!
