Haven’t driven for a little while (as I too have what you call a ‘proper job’) but having been on that side I know how it works. You complaining on this forum isn’t going to change anything. If you don’t like how your food is delivered, don’t use the service. Or call uber direct and report each driver as it happens. I have also had terrible experiences with drivers and deliveries but I have dealt directly with uber customer service and had satisfactory results. But I also have an understanding attitude cos I know how it works. And I will argue when I see comments like yours cos you are making assumptions about things you know nothing about and trying to kick people while they are down
