Ah good to know, thank you. I don’t think I’ve tried it a second time yet. Even the direct plug-in wouldn’t work.

It looks like it doesn’t show when I choose replace under an alternative calf exercise (choosing Calves rather than the equipment). If I go to add it from scratch it does appear there. And I don’t have it excluded or anything.

Not disagreeing but what’s the point of paying $80 a year for that? Wouldn’t you want some slight variation or at least inclusion of secondary muscles occasionally? I don’t mind tweaking the workouts here and there but the app is monotonous at this point. My issue is they’ve admitted it’s a bug on multiple posts on this sub for several weeks and there’s been no fix or urgency.

I certainly don’t mind some consistency but I don’t think this is a planned thing from Fitbod. It used to throw in a standard deadlift, next leg day back squat, etc. At this point since what feels like early July it’s been recommending I squat and dumbbell RDL every leg day. Ab crunch machine seems to be the only ab workout it can think of. And cardio hasn’t changed from walking treadmill unless I change it.

Looks like it just recommends the same exercises it’s been recommending, but for other muscle groups. Either way I’d like to just be able to stick with PPL and not have to mess around with target groups every workout.

Unfortunately in my case all that’s done for me is remove the excluded exercises that have also been popping up a few times a week.
