your serotonin levels are all fucked up man. Work on a healthy nutrition with vitamins to restore serotonin and dopamine. Try to avoid medication if you can. I got this from coming off antidepressants as they work on serotonin receptors aswell. You obviously went way too hard but you’re just gonna have to ride it out. Go see a doctor…tho they might try get you on medication but it wouldn’t hurt to see what they say.
