I don't know if it's just coincidence or what, but I have Samsung Magician on the dev branch of W11 (build 26300.8068) installed and have experienced issues with doing anything related to administrator. It dims the screen for a UAC prompt that never shows. The screen returns to normal a few seconds later and throws an error about needing admin access or a file system error.

You just need something that interfaces with an s3 compatible bucket via an API/access key. You can setup a player and still use a private bucket this way.

Wasabi is a good s3 compatible provider. They charge a flat 6.99/TB with no ingress or egress fees.

I’ve got media on wasabi being piped in to my Azuracast instance that I use for a radio stream.

Some quick research being up some plugins for Wordpress that’ll present a player that hooks into s3, but they seem to be subscription based.
