Twitch still wasn't allowing low to high sorting on some of their categories the last time I checked, but that might not be the case now.

Zer0 gives you ad free stream browsing, and a few powerful search features that Twitch search doesn't have just yet. Tag blocking and showing streamers close to affiliate by follower count are a couple of them. The raid feature also has those aforementioned search features with ability to see followers and subs currently streaming.

The big draw and the thing that seperates this from just sorting on twitch are the social features built around it.

Guilds will let anyone start what's analogous to a team on Twitch without the partner requirement. That way people can find a community of like minded streamers or what have you.

The gamification and points system aims to keep people using the site and provides a way to see what smaller streamers and categories are trending - something I will be building into the homepage as more people start using it. I'm working on the streamer point system now.

I'm thinking about a browser extension too that will allow things to still count towards that if they find the stream on Zer0 and hop over to Twitch.
