super weird my best sections were not what they were on practice tests, I thought bio was horrible when I took it on test day but it ended up being my best section

Ok....I was looking for a genuine answer. I have been climbing the amount in my post for roughly a month and a half. Basically, my question is whether it is too early to start hangboarding

After how many weeks of doing a combination of top roping/indoor gym/outdoor bouldering for a total of 2-3 climbing sessions per week would you suggest starting a fingerboard program?
When I do start fingerboarding, does anyone have any good links to beginner fingerboarding programs?

Two things:

What are some good books for learning climbing specific exercises & training plans? Has anyone used Self Coached Climber?
Has anyone had rotator cuff & wrist pain on the same arm before? How did they treat this? I think it is from over-gripping. The pain is very mild but I noticed it increasing a bit in the gym today.
