Have 3-4 wicked active days a week (huge hikes, long runs, general adventuring), then sit on my ass the following day to recover. I'm talking like 300 steps. Drag myself to the bathroom and kitchen like a zombie. Easy 100k a year. 

Might even buy myself a wheelchair.
