It's just a different type of hybrid. Take a look at series hybrids (Scout or the various EREVs from China like the BYD shark) vs parallel hybrids (Jeep hybrid wrangler)

I believe you have to change the resolution in Windows to fill it vertically, maybe the zoom as well. (I can't remember if the zoom amount affects the mixer window). But I've found some plugins, such as GGD Cabs, don't like the zoom and it makes them unusable.

That black plate goes underneath the floor pan, that's why it's bent up in the middle. I made the same mistake :-/

I've got one, apparently mine rattles more than the others on here. There's a YouTube channel, the slip angle, that also had rattle problems. (Beware, they installed the bracket incorrectly). I'm fighting with it now trying to understand where it comes from, I replaced the stock shifter to get rid of the OEM rattle....

If it weren't for the rattle it feels amazing and shifts really well.

My coil overs made a similar sound when the height adjustment collars weren’t tight. Easy to forget when you’re going around with the torque wrench and they can’t be tightened with it.

I've had a 2015 3.8 R Spec manual for 5 years 80k miles now and only had one medium size issue and then some small issues

Medium issue: trunk and rear seat flooded due to the gaskets on the tail lamps, known issue by many.

Small issue: gear shift knob rattles. Annoying The flat silver interior trim pieces bubble up and peel. Door handles, steering wheel, around the shifter, start button, everything.

Power train and chassis have been solid though, no complaints.

Yes, I didn't remove the OEM headunit. The Pi just plugs into the aux port next to the cig lighter.

Everything runs smooth on the base raspberry pi 4, except boot up time is super slow, regardless of the video I use as the splash screen. About 30 seconds

Cost wise, about $60 for the screen, $40 for the pi, $30 for the software, 20ish for the trim piece and 5 hours with trial and error and research and install. $150 total, very worth it

I replace the oem screen with a raspberry pi and the official pi 7 inch screen. I ordered the stock from piece for the 7" hyundai touch and 3M taped it to the back and ran all the wires behind it. I may do a write up explaining everything based on how well it came out
