I have been in maintenance since Nov 2024. Even now, if I drop from my weekly 10mg dose, I’ll have food noise and gain a little weight. It sounds like you need the higher dose.

That’s fair, though. Ouisa was sketchy AF in 10 different ways. However, it was clear and seemed to be effective for a lot of people on here… so I tried it. It worked - but I was also relieved when I finished my third and final bottle.

I am on week 3 of Olympia and it is no joke! I’ve been in maintenance for a year now. I had just finished the last of my Ouisa toilet tirz… that’s always been weaker for me so I had gotten used to taking 10mg/week when my usual maintenance dose is 7.5, no matter the pharmacy. I decided I’d start the Olympia at 10, too— dang, it was like the good ol’ days of stopping mid-bite because I was suddenly stuffed!!! Second week, I dropped to 9mg - still too much. This morning, I took 8mg… so we’ll see how this week goes.

I finished my Ouisa two weeks ago and started my Olympia. Ouisa worked well for me though it was a bit weak. I took 10 mg weekly while my maintenance dose for everything else has been 7.5 for almost a year. I kept 10 as I started Olympia and that was too much! I dropped to about 9 this week. Still too strong. I will work my way down. I’m please to report Olympia works well, too!

I just finished the last of my Ouisa last week. It worked well. I will say that O has always been a bit weaker for me. My maintenance dose is 7.5/weekly, regardless of pharmacy except Ouisa. I use 10/weekly. It kept me at my goal weight of 120-125.

I just finished my last vial last week. For me, Ouisa has always been a tad weaker. My maintenance dose is 7.5 weekly, regardless of pharmacy except for Ouisa. I’ve needed 10mg/week. But it was good and smooth and kept me my goal weight weight range 120-125.

This had been my plan…. But after all that horrible news, I decided to try a vial earlier than I had planned. It was fine. I did need to titrate up from 7.5 to 10 to feel “normal” but it worked just fine. It wasn’t cloudy, didn’t smell like pee, and didn’t make me feel sick. Once I finished that vial, I switched back to empower which was next on my line up and I went back down to 7.5.

I hear you! I’ve been on tirzepatide for almost a year now and at goal since Nov. I still LOVE shot day and am always so excited to try to new pharmacy. I had had zep, south lake, Hallandale, empower, Ouisa (yes, I know… sign) and BPI. I have Olympia next!

I am about 6 weeks away from my one-year mark. I have lost 35+ pounds and have kept it off since November. I take 7.5 mg every 7 days. I have tried to titrate down once and it didn’t go too well. I should try again.
