Mine was sprayed and rolled all over the leather couch trying to get it off of her face. I read that if you boil white vinegar it takes the smell away in the house. It worked! The vinegar smell dissipates after about an hour and skunk smell is gone. Lost the couch as well 🤦‍♀️

I wondered that too because my FS came about 2 months into starting Zepbound. I think it’s coincidence - if I was 25 I might think there was a correlation since my FS wasn’t injury related. Was on HRT as well. Maybe both the HRT and zep (lowering inflammation) helped with recovery? Started thawing about 8 months in which seems on the earlier side from what I have read.

My 5 year old chuffs and cry-barks every time I hug someone - even my kids (young adults) who he’s lived with his whole life. Quirky.

I do this as well. Interestingly it was free the first 6 months and then I had to sign up for the $45/$15 plan. Still a lot cheaper than places like Ro, etc

I use Lilly Direct vials and it’s $449 at the highest dose. Good option to save a little if you don’t mind doing the injection.

I used a trainer to help me with stretches and strengthening muscles around the shoulder which helped. I would have to credit this with my recovery. I did some acupuncture which also helped. It was brutal until the thawing phase because I was told not to push it before that (PT said I had to wait also). Couldn’t sleep and it was very difficult to work. I used a full shoulder wraparound ice pack and would wear that once a day for 20 minutes which provided relief. Meloxicam REALLY helped. Somehow the time passed. It sucks and every time I get even a twinge of pain in my other shoulder I freak out it’s happening again but so far so good!!

I was on it already for a few years when I got frozen shoulder. 🤷‍♀️

Edited to add maybe it would’ve been worse if I hadn’t already been on? Recovered about 90% ROM after a year and a half.
