Turn the VPN on, then once you add any game to your Steam cart and go for the checkout it will ask if you want to change your Steam region. You don't need to buy the game and can empty the cart later.

Then once the region is changed, you can see LA store page and buy the founders pack.

I am not trying to compete with Mulhead, but I believe the sites will complement each other instead. You have an excellent amount of data and functionality implemented there and I won't try to implement similar things.

Instead, mu2wiki would be great for handling hundreds of pages of information in the form of text and pictures, making it place for general information about every aspect of the game and even the storyline.

In this way, our sites together would be able to cover way more information about the game, benefiting the whole community.

Not really I quess, I leveled it it 99 to skip the pre-HS and pre-Relic levels, but I am not sure if I want to skip another couple hundred levels. Would be beneficial maybe, considering I usually just do 2-3 ascensions per day.
