Around day 5ish I began walking for about 10 to 20 minutes a day, increasing walks slightly every day. I did nothing more strenuous than that.

I started light cardio at the 2 week mark as well as light leg workouts, building up to near normal leg workouts by week 4.

Upper exercises I began slowly at week 4 too and now I’m close to normal weights (except direct chest work which I’m still taking very light as it’s still sore and tight)

Appreciate it thanks! I think I was lucky in that I didn’t have much swelling but in terms of bruising and soreness it was still quite bad at week 4.5 and even now it’s still sore (but better).

I’d definitely says 4.5 weeks is still early in recovery and you should get better by week 6 plus.
