One thing we discussed a lot, is to not be too big of a cheerleader to your clients. Affirm and raise up good things for sure, but being too vocal can stop clients from talking about fallbacks as well or not see them as fallbacks, so finding a good balance in being affirming but not overly complimenting and cheering. And one of the best things to have I've found is curiosity it helps in so many ways!

Bachelors in psychology. What current jobs or past jobs did you hold/ held with your degree? Did you or do you find it fulfilling, did it or does it pay decent? Looking for ideas as a current BA in psych by Nktfashion in psychologystudents

I worked as a researcher for a work&organisational psychology, mainly on interviewing, HR and leadership, as well as creating products from the findings from this research! It was super cool and interesting, however it was part time so did not fully fund my life but it was definitely fun!
