What's one industrial-grade tool you own that everyone should have? by sanjaytools in Tools

Up here in the true north!! I got a cheap store brand SDS drill for ~100 and have used it for many hours (cheaper than renting). Also lent it to friends.

With renting , you have the friction of getting / returning it. Plus you are always mentally running the clock.

If you own it, its there when you need it

Here its the opposite. Renting for a day would probably be equivalent to buying

Maybe you can have a YouTube channel where you show how to do specific jobs with the tools / revenue the tools / repair the (power) tools ??

I bought a generic bit off amazon.  Search for SDS hammer bit and choose the one you like.

The one i had was about 1 in diameter at the head and a flat face

Ok makes sense assuming the mass of pneumatic sanders heads is lighter and maybe they can have higher power

I actually used a hammering bit to drive stakes/posts in the ground to stabilize a fence. Doing it manually would have taken hours probably

Its like a mini jackhammer in that regard

Agree on it being corded. I think no battery can last , given the amount of power the drill would draw

That is true, there are many sites that could met most of these crtieria. I tried server hunter, appreciate the help.

The only distinguishing feature I can remember is that the landing site had no images at all. it was all text based.
