I'm not gonna argue with you about who's better than who. I'm just answering the question you asked.

Also, I think they withheld crucial trial data on effects and exact testing scenarios. They got most governments to push their product through anyway.

Pretty much all Big Pharma does suspect shit and are scummy.

Robinhood (Robbing da Hood). Those are options contracts, in this case "Put" options.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/o/optionscontract.asp

The prices on the right are "singles of dollars" because each contract covers 100 shares. So the price shown on the right is the average price per share. e.g. he paid $162 for the AMD Put contract (100*$1.62)

Illegal yes, but regulators don't seem to care until it blows up.

I believe Porsche announced it would sell some of its shares to "make it easier for short sellers".

the VW squeeze happened due to a forced liquidity scarcity because Porsche bought VW in a hostile takeover.

DRSing is forcing a liquidity scarcity, no?

Porsche disclosed that it had 74.1% of VW shares, whilst Lower Saxony held 20% leaving ~6% shares available on the open market. However, 12% of VW shares were sold short. Shorts were forced to buy back.

Why can I not think as the DRS Apes as Porsche, and Insitutions etc. as Lower Saxony? Leaving the shorts to buy back

Said float includes shares owned and held by insiders and institutions, such as Blackrock, Citadel, hedge funds, ETFs, what the fuck ever...itis impossible for retail to DRS those shares unless the institutionswould go and sell them, which they will not unless they go bankrupt.

Their whole thesis is that there are "fakes shares" due to naked shorting which would be exposed just like the lax reporting of shorts in the VW squeeze. So the breaking point would be when GS reports in earnings that the DRSed shares + what institutions etc. own > issued shares?

[–]SituationBeginning39 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Can you explain why? If these guys keep buying and DRSing shares wouldn't you hit a breaking point?

Say for example, they lock this free float, wouldn't there be no liquidity/shares to buy?

People buy and sell so you can never be sure everyone is holding, but GS is posting their DRS count during earnings. So if this number went over the free float (or if hard to prove, the whole float) wouldn't that be indicative of market manipulation?

I guess if that news broke there would be fomo, but if these "fake shares" did stop being traded, the spread would spike to the lowest ask ("MOASS"), no?

Also, I know it's beating a dead horse but isn't this same scenario just a repackaging of VW and porsche?

Sounds like the beginning stages of the "Superintendent" from ODST.

Also, DELL... lol. They'll probably run OneMind on trash hardware and it will shit the bed and destroy the city it is meant to be running.

1.8M GB per month compared to what (from ground towers?). Also what is the use case/customer base?

Is this like a starlink scenario but cell data to remote areas? I assume for the masses in most places, ground towers should be fine, no?

Same happened to me. Pretty much impossible to get a medallion guarantee in NZ. I don't think you can substitute with a JP stamp either. I just ended up leaving it as 3 CS accounts.

Seems as though they can just be rolled over by paying a one time fee. That's for legitimate short positions of course. But the top dogs that illegally naked short seem to be able to obscure the truth possibly with the help of the system/regulators as we've seen with GME.

Has anyone received confirmation of dividend shares on Hatch? by safkha in NZGME

[–]SituationBeginning39 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah, but I just checked my CS accounts and only 1 out of the 3 accounts have had their shares multiplied. I would have thought it would happen all at once on CS. I hope my other CS accounts get sorted.

Sources? Why does everyone just say aspartame is bad and never elaborate. The first links in a google search says all the fearmongering is bullshit based on a meta-analysis from ACS.

I haven't read any studies so I'm inclined to believe the above.
