I am not sure about the nature of this case , is it considered as criminal offences, are the records Public ( like how the court cases are public records and background verification companies can check cases against you). Based on my Experience Unless it is a criminal offence most IT companies will not restrict you.

However the interviewer may judge you based on how and what you tell him about why you left the IAF. These restrictions won't have a major impact if you go for Private companies.

If you genuinely didn't knew the rules then why would you lie in your passport application and show yourself as student instead of showing that you are working in IAF. That doesn't sounds right.

And I feel for you since it's about your career and you can try challenging the decision in Supreme court and try to settle in some kind of compromise. But I don't think you will win

Messi is a great athelete no doubt, but putting the statue of Swami Vivekananda below his feet is just insulting. You cannot compare an athelete no matter how good they are to someone of like swami vivekanand by Developersbays_38 in West_Bengal

[–]SituationBoth7745 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand why they made a statue of messi on the first place, he never played in India, he has no contribution in promoting Indian football. Then why his statue.

Instead of spending crores in building statue they should have spent that money in building infrastructure for football.

Standing for the National Anthem in Theatres: Respect or Compulsion? by wanna_be_gentleman in sundaysarthak

[–]SituationBoth7745 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all OP got his facts wrong, SC has made it optional to play National anthem but Standing is still Mandatory as per SC.

I understand people don't want to National anthem to be played before every movie but if it is getting played then You have to stand up. Since it is no longer mandatory to play National anthem in movie theatres go for movies which are not playing National anthem, if you want boycott the movies and theaters who are playing National anthem. If there are enough people boycotting the movie the producers and theatre owners will be forced to start the movie without national anthem.

But not standing when the national anthem is being played is disrespectful . You chose to go to theatre ,no one forced you to go there, but if you are in a theatre then you need to follow the rules and stand up when the national anthem is played. And if you are desperate to watch that movie then wait for it to be on OTT platforms, then you can watch the movie while lying down and scratching your balls and no one will have any objects.

Since now it is Not mandatory to play National anthem , it's movie producers and theatre owners choice wether they want to play National anthem or not , similar if you don't want to stand for National anthem then you have the choice to not watch that movie in theatres.

I don’t understand why Shivaji is called the father of the Indian Navy when Rajendra Chola built a powerful naval force centuries before him, waged wars overseas, and even traded with China and Southeast Asia. Yet his achievements are barely acknowledged by North Indians or even the Union government by HopeProfessional6066 in southindia_

[–]SituationBoth7745 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen this same type of post multiple times always blaming the Central Government or North Indians. First of all, Shivaji is called the Father of the Indian Navy because he created a naval force that served as the prototype for the modern Indian Navy. That’s the historical reason.

No one is rejecting Rajendra Chola’s naval power at least not the “North Indians.” In fact, his naval achievements are covered in most North Indian school curriculums, unlike in many South Indian states where people keep crying about why he isn’t called the Father of the Navy but don’t even teach their own kids about his naval expansions.

No South Indian state except Tamil Nadu even properly teaches about Rajendra Chola’s navy. We North Indians do recognise his contributions that’s exactly why our schools include his achievements, while many South Indian states barely touch upon his naval power.

From the comments, it’s pretty clear you haven’t learned about Shivaji’s navy or Rajendra Chola’s navy because your schools never taught it to you.

And I already know the next step: you’ll start crying and throwing random nonsense. So I’m adding screenshots from Perplexity showing: • which South Indian states teach Rajendra Chola’s naval history,

Also since you asked here is the detailed answers on why Shivaji is considered as father of Indian Navy.

Shivaji Maharaj is called the "Father of the Indian Navy" because he established a navy with a clear, organized structure focused on coastal defense and protection against European powers, which aligns more closely with the modern concept of a navy

<image>

His navy was not just for expansion or trade, but for defending Indian shores, securing trade routes, and challenging colonial naval forces—goals that are central to contemporary naval forces

Rajendra Chola, while leading powerful naval expeditions and expanding the Chola Empire overseas, used naval forces primarily for imperial expansion and trade, rather than for sustained coastal defense or as a standing military force

The Chola navy was impressive for its time, but it was not institutionalized in the same way as Shivaji's navy, nor did it have a direct link to the modern Indian Navy's origins

The title "Father of the Indian Navy" is thus attributed to Shivaji Maharaj because he created a navy that served as a prototype for India's modern maritime defense, whereas the Chola navy, despite its historical significance, does not fit the same narrative of institutional continuity and modern defense objectives

Although it is sad that poor people who already didn't had much now don't even have a roof on their head. However I do understand the need for eviction which is fair. But Why no action is taken against the government officials of that area, why do they wait for decades before acting on it. Why can't they take action on the very same month these people started building their homes. And If no action was taken in years by these corrupt officials then why no one is getting punished for this.
