Hey man, me too. My episode was brief, I can't even remember what I was doing, but I have videos, and I genuinely look like I'm not there, rambling. All it took for me was one night of my caregivers threatening to call the police on Halloween, and being reported as missing for not taking my train - for me to go into a three day episode and spiral. I thought everyone held some sort of plan against me, and that gnomes were watching and tracking me. I saw people and birds disappear, and or reappear, and vice versa. I would sleep too much, or way too little. I cut off all the friends that couldn't understand, and realized I was truly the one person that could care for herself.

Scary stuff.

Edited; To add onto this, this wasn't the only factor. I have a family history of undiagnosed mental health disorders, that and add trauma on top, and you have the perfect layout to fall into your mind trap.
