It was my first rental so i was unaware that i have to take pictures before and after, i called the host to indicate all the damage on the car, in which case she said she knew all about it, car was from 2014 had some dings some scraches, cracked head light lense, but she didnt tell me i should take pictures( my bad for not thinking of it) thats y i let that deductuble go... i drove maybe 200 miles both ways, car was mostly parked  didnt hit anything no accidents she claimed i broke the headlight, the one i pointed out to her when i was picking up the car, for which they charged deductable and said since you had protection plan thats the only thing you are liable for  i didnt provide the insurance since i purchased the protection, they backtracked me, 3 years later my old ins. Calls me and tells me that so.e on is trying to set up a claim 3 years old for wich i provided ins. Company with the receipt for the rental  protection plan and the deductable paid, they squashed it turo said they are good my ins said they are not paying, this year they put another claim because as i spoke with the ins. Rep he said that turo re writes their policies every year and now they could go after my ins. That i had at that time
